This gorgeous homage to the Potrero Hill neighborhood was conceived by Dina Divsalar and illustrated by the very talented Jared Shaffer. It depicts the guiding spirit of Estelle West, the "Goat Lady of Potrero Hill" surveying the cityscape from her pacific perch. Her belief in "Life over Progress" still speaks to the defiant spirit animating this scenic rise.
